JRays Event Planning did an absolutely amazing job with my uncles 80th birthday party in San Antonio! The casino theme was executed perfectly, with beautiful dcor that truly transformed the space. The Vegas-style showgirl was a fantastic touch, and the music kept the energy up all night. Everything came together seamlessly, and most importantly, my uncle had an absolute blast. Thank you to the JRays team for creating such a memorable and fun celebrationwe couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Hi my name is Tina, and my husband and I just had our wedding this past weekend at the garden ridge club.
Over a couple of months we had been struggling to find a coordinator for our event cause of course hiring a coordinator for your wedding is very important and personal. Why you ask? You have to literally put your trust in someone’s hand for the most important day of your life. The moment we hired Joey and John was the moment I knew this was one of the greatest decision I’m going to make for my wedding. When we first met up to meet them there attitudes were great, and they were excited to start planning with us. As weeks went by I can notice there work efforts which were consistently outstanding and met my expectations every time. One great positive plus for us was the fact they were always one step ahead of us when it came down to organizing my wedding. They always had an answer to all my questions and if they didn’t they were so quick to found out.
During the process of organizing our event they always kept communication with us, as well with all my vendors. You can honestly tell they had experience with weddings before and they weren’t scared to hide it either, which is always a plus for me. Never had I once came across an issue with them.
On the day of our wedding they made it so easy as far as making sure everything went perfect for us. To making sure our guess were comfortable, to decorations being on point, to even taking over our florist job cause she was running late to another event. They even kept us in line and made sure we didn’t skip anything that was important to us.
In my opinion I would totally recommend there services to anyone that is needing a wedding planner or even a day coordinator. Their services are amazing and I’m going to miss having them on speed dial lol. They definitely earned their 5 star review. Many blessings to JRays Event Planning!!!!

My husband and I had JRays Event Planning help us with our wedding and they did absolutely amazing.From start to finish, they were there for us every step of the way, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.They truly excelled in every aspect of the wedding planning process from helping us break down large task to make them more manageable, to managing timelines, to handling last-minute changes with complete grace. One of the things we appreciated most was how supportive they were in helping us in find vendors, work out amazing deals and negotiating with vendors, and helping us with finding information for other events that occurred leading up to the wedding.Their coordination with all our vendors was also outstanding. They communicated clearly and professionally with everyone involved and made sure everything came together seamlessly the day of the wedding to ensure everything was as stress free as possible for the day of the wedding.They truly went above and beyond in every way and made our special day truly unforgettable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have our basic pricing especially with wedding packages we do have three main packages but its important to remember that not every event nor everyone are the same. Prices will vary depending upon what all you need or dont need us to do. We feel we are very fair with pricing and absolutely will work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each type of event is a little different, but basically they will all start out with meeting with you and discussing exactly what it is you are wanting to do and most importantly what you DON'T want. Once we have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish we will discuss budget so that we know exactly what we are dealing with when trying to find vendors and venues. From there its easy..we do all the dirty work while you relax. We are very very good at keeping our customers in the loop throughout the entire process from beginning to end
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before we took this on as a business, both myself and my husband worked in the corporate world. We have over 40 years combined experience in Project Management and Staff Management and both of us with very large corporations. We have the experience and the knowledge of how to handle stressful situations and difficult people.
