I hired Jason to clean the outside of our home windows. He was punctual and courteous. While there I asked him to clean the inside of 2 windows that are half rounds above other windows. He helped me move the furniture to get to them and then asked if he had cleaned these to my satisfaction. I will be calling Jason for service next year!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are a general cost but not binding. For those difficult projects we do charge labor. That can be hard water removal or difficultly accessing the windows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask if windows are standard or double hung. Also condition of windows. We do provide onsite estimate with a travel fee $20-$30. Fee waived if estimate is approved and work has been started
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started originally in 2014 as a side hustle. A family member helped me get started and I realized you can make a living doing it!
