They did a great job. Had to come back a couple of days later because some bulbs were not screwed in well. But they responded very quickly.

From start to finish, Jay was very professional and responsive. We had called several businesses and are so glad that we ended up working with the Window Genie. From the appointment scheduling to the job getting done, everyone was on their game. I have passed the word to several friends and when they are ready to get their windows cleaned, Window Genie will be the one they call!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is unique, our professionals will come to your home or conduct a virtual estimate and walk you through the cleaning process. How long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning, how many windows you have, the square footage of your house, concrete and gutters are taken into consideration when providing you with a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional estimator will provide you with an in-home or virtual estimate (your choice). We will then schedule a time for our professionals to clean, protect and beautify your home.
Our work is backed by a Streak Free Guarantee and our Window Care Program offers discounts based on frequency of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window Genie professionals are fully trained and insured. We use state of the art equipment and products to deliver superior results and treat your home with respect.
We are a member of the International Window Cleaning Association and International Window Film Association.
