The windowsinstallation went smoothly and upon completion and inspection, all windows worked perfectly. The premises were left in perfect order with all debris removed and swept up inside and out.
I had obtained 4 bids which were quite variable but Cool solutions provided quality windows as the best bidder and which was followed up by personal and extra attention by owner Dennis Harris. In fact, they cleaned up my garage and painted the garage floor at no cost even though offered!! Hard to believe in these days of hit and run vendors. I have reviewed other remodeling jobs by Cool Solutions (Kitchens cabinets etc) and plan more work with this company!

Although the job took MUCH longer than expected to complete Jim and Dennis did a FANTASTIC job on my windows. The price was the best I've seen and the windows were exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Cool Solutions to anyone looking for windows. I will be contracting with Dennis for future jobs when they come up. WHAT A PRO!

Dennis was great to work with. Talked through my options, was good about keeping in touch through the process, delivered and installed the windows without much interference to the rest of the house, and was attentive to detail. I would definitely hire him again!

I hired Cool Solutions to replace all of my builder-grade windows with double-pane insulated windows (15 windows). Dennis and his crew did a great job.
Dennis kept me updated with the schedule and statuses throughout the job, and never failed to meet a commitment he made.
Even though the work turned out to be more involved than originally planned (the builder did not frame up the windows correctly when the house was built), Dennis did not charge me for the additional work his crew had to perform to make it right. And, he took the time to show my how the old windows were installed wrong and demonstrate how he would fix the issue.
Dennis and his crew conducted themselves as professionals - they were polite, friendly, and cleaned up the jobsite at the end of each day - I wish all contractors would be this easy to work with.
Bottom line, if you want the work done right and at a fair price - Give Cool Solutions a call.

Dennis has done a great job! We just finished up with the windows, which are fabulous and he did in just two days, and now we are about to get started on the siding. He has been punctual, always answers his phone, and keeps me completely informed of all plans on the house. He has been such a joy to work with, and I highly recommend him!
