I’m an academic at heart, who genuinely loves teaching, and have been tutoring students since I was 12, in a wide variety of topics.
I am TESOL/ESL Certified, and teach the TOEFL Exam for Kaplan Test Prep. I have also been sought out by IELTS to conduct the oral portion of the exam.

Please always ask about my fees. I do accept more payment methods than are listed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them and ascertain his/her level and ask about the ideal end goal. Then I like to ask various questions to see the best, most effective, and the preferred method to teach my student/prospective student. This also allows me to develop a rapport so that the environment is a light and relaxed one for both the student and myself. I ALWAYS establish a personal rapport, and that is absolutely my favorite part of working with different individuals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in: Physics, English Language and Literature, Spanish Language and Literature. Physics is an advanced degree, and I am also TESOL certified through Trinity College.
I’m the Founder and Owner of a document translation agency. I continue to work in the sciences performing various research, and I teach year round.
