Moon Soul Yoga offers private, group, retreat, and corporate yoga and sound therapy sessions, both in-person and virtual.
Hi, I’m Claudia. I offer yoga, meditation, and sound healing that are gentle, supportive, and grounded in real-life needs—especially for those navigating injury, illness, chronic stress, or major life transitions.
My trauma-informed, somatic approach weaves mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness to help you feel more at ease without pressure to push, perform, or follow any specific belief system.
I work with individuals, couples, small groups, and all ages, with a special focus on adults 70+ seeking a safe, customized practice. I draw from 300-hour yoga teacher training, additional training in somatic and trauma-informed yoga and breathwork, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience supporting clients through recovery and high-stress seasons.

I was so fortunate to find Claudia. She was the best birthday gift that I could’ve ever had. I hosted a wellness girls weekend for my bday. I was struggling to find a yogi as well as some other ideas I had. I was completely lost. Then I got a call back from Claudia. She planned a Tarot Card Reader, Yogi, soundbath, facialist, and masseuse to all come to the Airbnb I rented. Her vendors were the absolute best in their fields and I could not have been happier with my birthday wellness weekend for 9 ladies. First class all the way. Arrived on time, got set up with no fuss, and I am telling you, my weekend turned out perfectly. I paid in advance and was a tad worried but everything went swimmingly. The sound bath was beyond relaxing.
