PLEASE NOTE: I only do simple tax returns that are 1040 with Schedule C for Profit & Loss of business for single member LLC or sole proprietor or Simple partnership 1065 with K1s. I do not do any other tax returns.
COVID 19 - I work from home entirely virtual, no contact necessary. I can review your books and email detailed instructions on how to retrieve everything needed to do your books. You will be sent a OneDrive link to upload everything to, which we will share. No contact necessary, unless you are setting up payroll for the first time, then an in-person meeting will be required. If we need to meet in person, I wear gloves and a mask at all times. I work from home and rarely enter the public, and if I do, I wear self-protection. I have had the both Pfizer vaccines.
Normal rates are $200 minimum requirement and $30 per hour.
I offer my clients virtual bookkeeping services at a competitive price. I specialize in small business bookkeeping. I have an Associates, Bachelor of Science, and a Diploma all in accounting. I have been doing bookkeeping for over 28 years, and have excellent client and CPA references. I have used QuickBooks since 1997 and know all versions.
I am accepting new clients for the following:
* One Time Project - Compile and Reconcile QuickBooks for currentYear End or previous years. $30 per hour/$200 Minimum
*Ongoing Maintenance & Cleanup - Maintain QuickBooks on a monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly or annual basis (includes paying bills and/or payroll, sales tax and payroll taxes) Flat fee per interval maintenance period after seeing books. **Flat Fee**
*Conversion - Convert your desktop QuickBooks to QuickBooks Online or vice versa or from another Accounting software to QuickBooks. $30 per hour/$200 Minimum
*New Company Setup - Set up new company in QuickBooks and create chart of accounts, bring company current from start date to current date $30 per hour/$200 Minimum
*QuickBooks Training - Training you how to use QuickBooks. Must have accounting knowledge or have had Accounting I. $60 per hour/$200 Minimum
*Income Taxes - Only 1040 or 1040 with Schedule C for single member LLC or sole proprietor. No other tax returns, but do bookkeeping to prepare your books for your tax preparer.

For Hackers: Hackers attempting to contact me for bookkeeping services should know the following:
I do not accept Accountant's copies of QuickBooks. So using a fake intuit site to get me to accept the invite to install a virus on my pc will not work. I work directly in your copy of QuickBooks. If you contact me saying your company is about rentals, I will require to see last years tax return showing that you had a Schedule E for rentals as well as a Profit N Loss and Balance Sheet for last year. My experience tells me hackers cannot provide that, because you create a fake company with only a few transactions. Also, if you contact me for payroll services, I will need to see prior 941's along with an EIN number. If you are wishing to start payroll for the first time, I will need to meet you in person. I also conduct zoom meetings on a separate pc. You will not have access to my pc.
