I had to get my gasket replaced for my GE washer. The whole replacement process was extremely tough. It took almost 5-6 hours for the replacement to complete. All of the work was done with amazing precision. In spite of going for 5-6 hours, he charged only the originally provided number. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for appliance services.

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted him for a dishwasher diagnosis, and he provided a fair price quote upfront. He showed up exactly on time, conducted a highly professional diagnosis, and fixed the problem quickly. Best of all, there were no extra charges—just the agreed-upon price. I’m very happy with the quick solution and highly recommend his services!

AJ came on time, figured out the issue with our dishwasher and suggested us buying a new dishwasher would be a better option since fixing it would be as expensive as buying a new one. I appreciate his professionalism.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $75, and it is waived if the customer chooses to hire me for the repair. I usually charge flat labor pricing instead of hourly, so the customer knows the cost before the repair starts. I also try to be flexible with pricing and keep everything fair and clear with no surprise charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for the appliance model number, symptoms, error codes, and any photos or details about what has already been checked. Then I schedule a visit to inspect and diagnose the problem correctly. After diagnosis, I explain what is wrong, what needs to be repaired, and the cost before starting the work. My goal is to complete the job efficiently, test the appliance, and make sure the customer is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on appliance repair training from working with an appliance repair company in New Jersey. My training focused on diagnosing and repairing common household appliances, including washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and ranges. I continue learning through real service calls, technical troubleshooting, and working with appliance parts and repair procedures.
