It’s day two and I’m still waiting for “pro” to reach out to me, day one I called an hour after scheduled appointment, “pro” wasn’t aware of appointment, said his assistant didn’t pass it along. Rescheduled for next day at 8:30 am, no show, no call, no nothing, didn’t even answer the phone this time?! Update - after some miscommunications on my behalf, Jacob came to personally complete my pool upgrade/modification (salt chlorine generator). I must admit I would hire him again in a heartbeat, I'm that impressed with his pool knowledge and skill. I actually learned a few tricks from him, one involving bread! Will definitely hire for a future modification as well, can't go wrong with this guy!!! 5 ***** rating

We have hired Pool Guru to refi ish our pool. He has not started the work yet. He seemed easy to work with and didn't over charge me. He said some items didn't need to be done to save me unnecessary costs.
