It’s day two and I’m still waiting for “pro” to reach out to me, day one I called an hour after scheduled appointment, “pro” wasn’t aware of appointment, said his assistant didn’t pass it along. Rescheduled for next day at 8:30 am, no show, no call, no nothing, didn’t even answer the phone this time?! Update - after some miscommunications on my behalf, Jacob came to personally complete my pool upgrade/modification (salt chlorine generator). I must admit I would hire him again in a heartbeat, I'm that impressed with his pool knowledge and skill. I actually learned a few tricks from him, one involving bread! Will definitely hire for a future modification as well, can't go wrong with this guy!!! 5 ***** rating
