- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing stays the same for every customers project. Our labor is based on amount of materials being handled not ones address.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the home, talk to the customer about what they’re looking to have done. Discuss their needs, wants, and concerns. We talk about options to address said items. We like to talk to customer about their desires timeline, what is the desired budget +/- we need to work within. While also getting to know customer more to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
