NNA certified signing agent/mortgage closer. The different types of paperwork are as follows: -Real Estate Documents- mortgage refinancing, Quit Claim deeds, closing disclosures, etc. -Estate Planning documents to include Wills, POAs, and Medical Affidavits ect. I will travel to clients including in Nursing Home, assisted living facilities and hospitals. If you have the ability for online this can be done online too.Documents must already be prepared I am not a lawyer. -Apostille services please contact for quote. -Remote Online Notarization (RON)-need documents notarized from the comfort of your home and don’t want to travel or have the Notary travel. This can even be done on a smart phone. I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY Same Day/Rush Fee starting at $40 Remote Online Notarization starting at $31 for the first stamp Will and Estate packages starting $220 Realestate packages starting at $120
