If I would have known there would be an extra fee of 10 dollars per couch cushion cleaning I wouldn’t have hired this company. I was Hoodwinked, not worth the money to get your sofas partially cleaned.

Hello June. I’m not sure what you are referring to about $10 extra per couch our technician never charged you an extra $20. (If you referring to tax which came out to $14.85) there’s nothing we can do on our end tax is not avoidable. If you are unhappy about our services please reach out and we will happily come back and touch up any concerning areas. We did point out that there was a few stains that would not come out in which you were okay with. We guarantee the work that we do so please feel free to reach out at any time. Thank you.

Firstly, the introduction then a quick walkthrough to understand where the customer wants cleaned. Then we talk to the customer and explain the process. After an explaining the process we then start the pre-spray and cleaning.
