- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a standard pricing. It goes by sf of the house and amenities (sprinklers, termite inspection, Septic, Well)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will call the office to schedule an appointment. The inspector or technician will arrive about 15 mins early and explain our possess of the inspection or pest control services. After the inspection is completed the inspector will walk the customer through the house while giving a verbal report. A computerized report with pictures will be emailed to the client That evening or no later than 9am the next morning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed through the state of Texas with TREC , The department of agriculture and NAWT (septic). I am required to get CEQ every year for both the home inspection, termite inspection and pest control
