Retention Program: After one regular price service, any and all subsequent services from irrigation to handiwork, will drop to below market prices. Example : $125 paid for a service, now next service is between $100 and $75. Respect the trades, respect the work. Use Craigslist or ask a friend to assist if your are unwilling to pay the most basic of entry level prices for tasks that many have taken years to master. I DO NOT WANT you as a client, so choose other options.

Joe did a great job. I had him repair 2 outside water spickets which he did not only quickly but they now they work better then.ever. he also looked at my garbage disposal that was not working. Made a couple adjustments an did not even charge me for that. he did such a great job. I have even offered him a couple more jobs. I have had trouble with other contractors but I was very impressed with not only his work but his professionalism. I will definately be using him again
