After looking for property on Lake LBJ for years, Heather Hudson found us the perfect vacation home in the perfect location. We were thrilled with the house but more pleased withy our choice of realtors. Heather negotiated the purchase price and then helped us negotiate the price even further when the inspection came back with a few concerns. She saved us an additional $5000 and we ended up getting the house fully furnished! Wow! Highly recommend realtor Heather Hudson. Joseph H.
Crystal is an excellent realtor! She is very knowledgeable and on top of every aspect of the home buying process and is exceedingly timely in responding to questions and producing contracts. She has great insight into the Austin real estate market and has fantastic contacts for whatever repairs your home may need. Crystal will be handling all my real estate needs in the future!
Amy made my first-time home buying experience pain free and enjoyable. She listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the perfect starter home. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, but personable, realtor to work with.
I’ve used Chris on 5 different house purchases now, for personal and investment properties. He is very good at the negotiation process, value process, contracts, has great contacts for financing, and goes above and beyond most regarding research. I have recommended Chris with my parents who have used him on multiple deals including sale transactions and many friends and colleagues and used Chris over the past 8 years from recommendations. Everyone has a friend who is a “realtor” but I’m telling you Chris is better than any realtor I’ve dealt with and adds significant value to the transaction. You will regret not giving him a call at minimum. AW
Stephen was an excellent realtor. He did not push me to "stage" my duplex or make any major changes to the furnishings, carpets or other items which could have been upgraded to sell the house quicker or for more money. He knew I was not going to replace the vanity in the master bedroom so he only mentioned it once and then dropped it. He is an excellent listener which is so important to the seller during the whole process. His knowledge of my specific market was extensive; his three estimates of the value of my house (low, median and high) were right on the money. The professional photographer he hired portrayed my duplex in the best light possible. The pictures made me want to buy my house all over again. Stephen messaged me constantly during the selling process, from the first day my house went on the market through the actual closing. He kept me informed, answered my questions, helped me understand the forms I had to fill out (disclosure of defects) and encouraged me to accept more people viewing the house after we had a contract. This worked my advantage as the first contract fell through but the last prospective buyer had already offered a better price and signed a back-up contract. Selling a house, waiting for the inspection and appraisal results, can be very nerve-wracking. Stephen negotiated the demands of the buyer based on the inspection so that I did not have to "fix" any of the items listed without a huge change in price. When I was not at home for the appraisal (and forgot to put the key in the lockbox after the inspection), he worked with me, my daughter and her husband to obtain my extra key so the appraiser could do his job. My house was one-half of a duplex in a very small community of duplexes with most of the other properties in the area being single family homes. This made the appraisal more difficult to determine. The most recent comps were in a complex that consisted of old apartments which had been converted to condos. The comparison between the apartment condos and my duplex (have a private patio and garage) was not valid. When the appraisal came in low, Stephen sent the appraiser appropriate comps. The appraiser did revise the appraisal upward to a reasonable amount. I would recommend Stephen Brown as your realtor and, if you need one, an appraiser. He has both licenses; you would be very pleased to have him sell your home or find a home for you to buy. He has the key elements you need: great listening skills, real estate knowledge, flexibility, knowledge of the Austin area, and good relationships with the lenders, other agents and appraisers. Thanks to Stephen for getting my house sold quickly and for the best price.
Veronica went above and beyond! She showed us all kinds of houses with knowledge of what we were interested in and took both of our ideas into consideration. She was super patient with us during the entire process. She made sure we were happy with our home. She was there for us during our home inspection and helped us understand the entire process. She was quick to communicate with us about anything we had questions about. We are super happy with our home and are so thankful to Veronica for helping us find our home!

After spending several years in the software industry, I was looking for something that was a new challenge, which led me to the real estate industry. After purchasing my first home, I was hooked. To learn more, I began working at the Charfen Institute, a nationally recognized real estate education company, located in Austin. Together with my business development team, the Charfen Institute was ranked the 21st fastest growing company in the US in 2011. Since joining the industry, my hard work and dedication has brought me recognition as helping my clients and being nominated as the Austin Board of Realtors 2013 "Rookie of the Year." I really enjoy working with first-time home buyers and those who want to make the most from selling their homes and moving up.
I hold several designations including, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Acredited Buyers Representative (ABR). Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), to name a few. I am a Negotiation Specialist as well. All this means os that I have the education and experience to bring the best service to my clients.
After a long and rewarding career in the arts world, and operating a successful business, I became a realtor in 2007. I either thought I had too much time on my hands or have an imbalance somewhere, but I digress. Although I specialize in helping investors secure a good investment or get the most out of their current investment, I also enjoy helping clients buy or sell that home sweet home! It is my desire to hopefully reduce the stress and therefore, the months of therapy that can ensue from the great adventure of home buying or selling! In addition to helping buyers and sellers with property sales and acquisitions, I use my experience and knowledge of real estate for our family investment company which renovates distressed properties for resale. I am committed to serving my community and am actively involved with my church. I am the proud wife of a fellow entrepreneur who also, much to his vexation, is my assistant. My greatest achievements in life are our three beautiful children who never cease to amaze me with their love and exuberance for life. We make our home in south Austin area with a silly Daschund named Samson. I am a proud member of NAR and ABOR.
I'm a dedicated real estate professional, who strives to provide my clients with the required insight and knowledge needed to buy or sell their home.
