- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do excellent quality work for a reasonable price. We come out and give you a quote at no charge and we can work with you on a payment plan (depending on the amount of the project). Once an agreement has been made on the payment plans, it will be written out on a contract stating how and when the payments will be made for your records and ours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and give you a free quote, If we are hired to do the job then we talk about further details such as the start date, payment method etc. We then provide a copy of the contract signed by both parties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started our business of by working in new construction homes and took it a step further and opened up our own company doing complete home remodeling.
