I will admit I was a little skeptical about having someone come into my home. However, I took the chance based off recommendation and I dont regret it! My house is spotless and can tell that they truly took the time to clean my home as if it was their own Dont hesitate just do it and enjoy treating your home.

This company is truly a diamond in the rough, but they are going to be huge! Their customer service is on another level...the kind of service that makes you feel like a celebrity or something. Charm is a fairly new company, but if they maintain their high level of quality and service, they will become the cleaning company to beat!
I absolutely loved my cleaner (Brandi), she was amazing, and I even received a call from the owner (Tiffany Lightner) thanking me and checking in with me. I will definitely use Charm Legacy Cleaners DFW again...IF I CAN GET ON THEIR CALENDAR!!!
