Flipinfoto was amazing!! Eddie did an outstanding job! Hired them for my Mom's 90th birthday party. Provided lots of fun props and printed multiple copies of photo strips so everyone could get one. Took tons of pictures. Everyone at party was so impressed with the service they provided. They made the party extra special and so memorable. The scrapbook created from all the pictures was awesome. My Mom will treasure it.

Used FlipinFoto for our work holiday party and had a great experience! They were great to communicate with prior to our event, very responsive and informational. During our event they had two attendants working the photo booth (might have only needed 1 though) and our employees loved it! After our event I forgot to get the USB with all of our photos and they promptly sent me it via mail. Would definitely recommend or use again for another event!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Yes we do! We also run specials on occasions. We also have special pricing for school, church, non-profit events and military, police, firemen discounts. Special promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined. For a list of our standard pricing, please visit our website, it can be found in the business profile. 2 Hour

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once the request has been received via Thumbtack, we will respond with an informal bid, if the date is available. (Pricing is based on rental service time). If you provide a contact number or email we will contact you to answer any questions. We will email you a finalized quote with deposit information. Once the deposit is received, you will receive the contract to your email within 24-hours of deposit payment confirmation. The contract will be pre-filled if you have provided the data needed, if not you will fill out the contract with venue, design, layout choice, contact info and any other information needed. 2 weeks before the event you will make the final payment by your choice of check or cash or Chase QuickPay. Chase QuickPay is an easy and safe way to transfer money from any banking institution, it's easy...we will send you the request to your email and you will reply with the payment information, payment is accepted and you will receive a confirmation that can be used as your receipt of payment. 1 week before your event we will design 2-3 layouts and email to you for approval you can make 2-3 changes to the layout samples, chose from the things you like from each one to customize one to your liking. On the Big Event Day we will arrive 45min – 1 hour before for setup. We will always have a professional trained attendant on-site. We do offer many add ons to your photo booth service, just ask.

    We have worked with Non-profit organizations/fundraising galas customers such as NTACHC, NTLAPA, North Texas PAMS, private events, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, Baptisms, and corporate events such as American Heart Association, Frost Back, Northwestern Mutual, Azteca America, and Funerarias Carrillo, PepsiCo.
