To all: The recent service I received from Bertha is unmatched. I have used several companies and individuals to provide cleaning services to my family and Bertha stands out the most. She's got an amazing personality, she's friendly, works tirelessly, goes above and beyond when cleaning, she takes her time and pays lots attention to details. Her helper was the same. She arrived ahead of schedule. She has a professional mindset and she communicates well. She can be trusted. Her appearance was welcoming to my family; they couldn't tell if she was going to clean the house or if she was our next-door neighbor.
