I had a great experience with this plumbing company this week. Raymond came out and was extremely informative from start to finish. He didn’t just tell me what was wrong, where he actually brought me into the restroom to show me the issue firsthand. The wax ring and flange on my toilet were completely worn out, which was causing a strong odor throughout the home and making the toilet shift every time someone sat down. Raymond explained everything clearly, showed me pictures, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He replaced the wax ring, reset the toilet, and made sure everything was secure. They replace the flange screws with longer supportive screws due to other ones was worn and corroded and rubber wax ring to secure the toilet / smell and re-caulked the toilet in place. The price was very reasonable. They were professional, supportive, and had a real family-oriented feel that made me comfortable. I would definitely recommend them for any future plumbing needs. Highly satisfied with the service!

On time, good appearance Diagnosed problem and gave me possible fixes Tried to unclog sewer but did not work. Determined problem was bad toilet and recommended replacing with option to choose I elected new Kohler, they installed, worked and left I discovered toilet was not properly firmly mounted They came back and installed new seal ring which fixed. Now works great Raymond did a good job
