At AQUA, All you have to do is DIVE in! AQUA Pools has over 12 years of experience in the pool industry and are nationally certified as Certified Pool Operators (CPO). We can handle all of your needs from basic pool maintenance to complete pool installation. Our goal is to provide transparent, affordable, and quality pool care. Hiring a qualified professional will save you money in the long run. When you sign up for service our professionals will properly maintain your chemicals and equipment. We will be able to identify issues and correct them before they turn into a problem and cost the customer extra money. Broken equipment often turns into green pools and both of these can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix. Aqua pools has given us fantastic service and professional attention to detail, working complex chemical problems in our pool. We hired Aqua Pools/Aaron after we had a series of recurring stubborn algae blooms and we were struggling to find a pool service that offered more expert guidance in water chemistry. Aqua Pools gave us a thoughtful plan to get us back on track with expert chemistry and pool circulation as part of the weekly pool service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly Service - $200/mth (Includes standard chemicals) Weekly service includes: -Equipment inspection -Empty all baskets of debris -Skim/Net pool -Vacuum pool (hammerhead) -Brush entire pool -Check water chemistry -add necessary chemicals -backwash filter (as needed) Filter clean (DE & Cartridge) - $125 Free estimates for routine and basic repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
AQUA will contact you through Thumbtack to acknowledge your request. AQUA will then contact you directly to streamline the conversation and expedite services. We always prefer to meet our new customers on our first visit if they are available. All equipment will be inspected and a water sample will be taken on the first visit. Water samples are then taken monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aaron has Construction Management degree from the University of Houston and I have over 10 years of hands on pool experience ranging from cleaning to construction. CPO license (Certified Pool Operator)
