We are happy that we found Francis. To start, he is very responsive compared to lot of engineers. When you are an homeowner, it is very helpful to be able to talk to someone rather than trying to put everything in written. He is also very knowledgable to his area. He understands the need and comments on the next step. CA license is a plus! We will definitely keep working with him throughout all of our projects in CA.

Excellent work on a challenging project. Found Francis after going through at least 4 EEs most of which being specialized in doing a glorified version of what contractors can do also. We wanted a more advanced electrical plan though with batteries used as full house backup, solar optional and automated load-shedding to avoid overbuilding.Francis immediately understood the concept and went straight to work. He was highly professional and very efficient and produced a massive amount of work quickly (roughly 2 weeks) and within budget. All the relevant details where included and he even managed to make very efficient use of available power (390A out of 400A service line) without having to rely much on the load-shedding. He used batteries effectively too and avoided excess hardware. Better yet, the plans withstood reviews from city, subcontractor and GC with virtually no modifications needed. We were extremely pleased with his work and would definitely use his services again. Had we known upfront, we would have assigned all other MEP tasks to him from get-go (instead of relying on the subs) and likely avoid a long list of problems.
