- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$ Our pricing includes all supplies, disinfecting agents (SHOCKWAVE, approved by CDC for combating coronavirus), and equipment included with in our rates. Please call now for rates! *Contract pricing available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We clean and disinfect, our new customer is very satisfied, we send invoice via email (QuickBooks) and customer pays on line (we also take payment with check or cash on site), and customer will call again next time they need great cleaning and disinfecting; they will also recommend us to their friends and leave a nice online review!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field does not require specific licensing, although each and every staff member is trained personally by Norma to ensure our high standards of excellence is maintained for every client. As well, our disinfectant in hospital grade and requires special training for usage. We provide specific training for chemicals as required in our company policy.
