contacted W&E to installa generator switch in my garage, once they got to my location we discussed adding electrical lights and an attic light , we agreed in the price and they said they were going to include the attic light for free because i was giving them more work that agreed. We agreed on the final price, They went on to buy "Materials". By the time they were done we connected the generator and apparently he connected parts of the house without discussing where. The load seemed too much for the generator (Generac GP 8000E) and he was supposed to select specific breakers. He mentioned he had to go to dallas for his sons birthday and wouldn't be able to finish the work around 4pm and would return the following monday. In good fate I paid him the full fee with a bogus material fee of "300" for materials. These materials were cables, 1 60w bulb , 1 plastic lampholder with pull chain, southwire ultralite 6ft conduct whip. i had everything else... he kept offering to dispose the packaging of the items he bought but i insisted on keeping them to dispose myself for obvious reasons. Elizabeth bold face told me they can only provide me with the receipt and invoice after 3 business days ahahah!- i priced checked not even close ( never received the receipts but got an itemized list ). I figured hey he is father trying to give his sons a good time, i can as well let the few bucks go. It's now being days and they have refused to return to complete the task, first they asked to reschedule because he came back late from dallas, then they want to charge me for a commute fee and that the attic light was never an agreement even though they have thr maerrials seating in my garage! . Finally they have refused to return now i am stuck with a generator connect that wasnt done all the way, damaged sheetrock and supplies. Elizabeth his rep who was present through negotiations and payment and return agreement swears they didn't agree to him return and never agreed to install my attic light. I regret a few things , 1 paying them in full and trusting W and E Solutions.. Do yourself a favor and skip to the next technician.
