He was responsive and showed up on time. Our fireplace is old he bought a new pilot light that would not fit and with his ingenuity put some of each of the parts together and it worked

We had another company come out and they quoted us an astronomical price in order to get the chimney in working condition. Festus was extremely honest and straightforward, price was very reasonable. We were shocked at how clean and expeditiously the work was performed, even chimney sweep was performed. We will certainly recommend Festus
