- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard service fee (estimates free) of 85.00 plus cost of parts unless you are outside the service area and we add a travel fee. We have prices here at the office on standard items. All prices include installation and warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get name, address, phone number and find a timeframe that works for that customer for a Free estimate to assess the problem or gather required information for a new specific door/opener. In most cases we are prepared to fix the issue on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 20 years experience and all technicians were vetted by the owner who has done this work for that period of time.
