Very impressive display of customer service. I have a Weber Summit grill that I haven't used in a couple of years. I want to sell it, and it needs a thorough cleaning. I reached out to BBC and Kelly responded quickly. She gave a reasonable ballpark estimate, and we agreed on a service time. Josh, the technician, had an earlier opening, and we agreed that he could come ahead of schedule. The work, as you can see, was well done, and the grill looks almost as good as new. He thoroughly cleaned the grill and left no mess behind. I am super impressed and glad I found Kelly and Jim. Well done!
