I believe in leaving a fair & detailed review for the other consumers. Overall I am happy with the service I received. I paid for a deep cleaning to include baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds & I paid extra for an oven cleaning. Pricier than other quotes I went with KQC because of their responsiveness & other reviews. My cleaning people arrived on time with a positive & uplifting attitude. They honored all my requests including delaying the cleaning of the master until my husband left for work. They worked well with my pets as well. My home smelled great as soon as they started cleaning. They duo did a good job but they missed a few things.For example, one of the ceiling fans wasn’t cleaned, they sprayed oven cleaner in the oven but left w/o cleaning it, a few of the baseboards could have used more attention & some just weren’t even touched. They left my home w/o telling me so I found all of this out after they left. I reached out via text to KQC & promptly received a reply expressing concern & letting me know they would resolve the problem ASAP… and they did. One of the cleaning crew came the next day to address my concerns. It was an inconvenience having her come the next day as it was my daughters graduation but we couldn’t delay the cleaning any further because we were expecting guests. 4-stars is adequate. Would I give them another shot? Probably so… the customer service was outstanding.

I have been a registered nurse for over 10years. Covid changed the world especially in the cleaning industry. I have always enjoyed putting a smile on my patients face. I wanted to start a business that would continue to make people smile but in a different way.
