I keep my pricing simple and fair. Most small jobs have a straightforward flat rate so there are no surprises. If a project takes longer or requires extra materials, I’ll let you know before starting. I also offer bundled pricing if you have a list of “honey-do” items you’d like me to tackle in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll ask you to share the details of your project — either through a quick form or message. Once I understand the scope, I’ll provide an upfront estimate and confirm a time that works for you. On the scheduled day, I’ll arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is cleaned up before I leave.
