- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for service varies on the size and condition of your swimming pool. We do offer discounts for weekly service and also have a referral program called Splash for Cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will discuss the type of service or services the customer is looking for and also do a job site visit to provide an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are CPT ( Certified Pool Technician) certified and go through a rigorous screening process and background check along with a training program based on our procedures.
