Kaha Water knew their products and made excellent recommendations. We had a minor leak that they came and fixed immediately. We also had another leak that we thought was caused as a result of the softener install, it was not. They even fixed that leak for us at no cost.

I have been using Mike and his services for many years. He installed my water softener and reverse osmosis water filter over 5 years ago and my systems are still running strong. Mike.is helpful and concerned about his customers. After all of these years if I still have questions or need instructions Mike is available. I'm so pleased that I was able to purchase the systems from him and have him as my water softener specialist.

This man named Mike came to fix my water softener. He took $250 from me and didn’t complete the job because he said he had to go pray. He told me to fix the housing that it’s quick and easy. It wasn’t! I called him back and he said I’m going to have to pay him extra to come back. For a job he didn’t finish in the first place. Stay away from him!!!!!
