I had a second-floor window that was leaking during a heavy rainstorm. I contacted Ken Zola, requesting an appointment to have the issue looked at once the weather cleared up. He responded to my request right away, indicated what he believed the problem to be, and gave me a few things to check. Based on his guidance, I was able to correct the issue myself immediately. That’s incredible customer service and is the reason he’ll be the first person I call the next time I need a bigger project done!

Ken was amazing, responded to my inquiry very quickly and gave me a quote right away. Came by the next morning to get measurements and laid out timeline expectations clearly.
