The repair man came on a Saturday afternoon even after he thought he had checked out of work for the day. He was on time, knew what was wrong with my refrigerator, ordered the part and plans to come back on Sunday evening to install the part. I would have had to wait until Monday to even contact any other company.

Victor was extremely professional. He was in complete contact with me throughout the process between service check, parts arrival and installation. The service rendered for my washer machine was excellent. He actually showed me the parts that were replaced and explained why the washer machine was malfunctioning.
