I loved that she was able to do so many things. Bouquet looked great and was able to get a flower that was out of season. She also did the bride's hair and makeup which was absolutely gorgeous. The day before the wedding we decided we wanted a picture area with balloon arch and she was able to accommodate us. I highly recommend.!

Carmen was quick to respond and followed up several times before the event, the 10ftx15ft Balloon arches were awesome, really made the room come alive and festive. It did take almost 7 hours for her to set up the arches as well as the balloon bunches, was not expecting that but it was worth it for the end result. Would definitely hire Sweet Cravings for any future balloon needs.

Yarely is a true visionary who helped us design balloon arches for our corporate office opening day; from the beginning she was very responsive and involved in the design, and even created a rendering of what our design would look like! She messed up our whole decoration. I sent her shimmer wall decoration, she did not do it tightly. And I paid for LED Happy birthday sign board on that shimmer wall. she missed that LED sign button. and i asked her take 100$ but she told no , anyway we paid total . I asked her to do chair covers for each chair price and brought her support person 10 years age girl , she doesn’t know how to do it for chair cover we did our self by paying her we did it. Decoration should close at 12 PM but at 12.45 also she did not finished it. ONE THING IS SHE DID HARD WORK BUT WE DONT LIKE THE RESULT

Good evening, thank you for taking your time to give me a review. I apologize our work did not meet your expectations based on a personal opinion of the shimmer wall. I have done some research and there is no such thing as a stiff/tight shimmer wall. I went above and beyond to bring your ideas to live. (I WILL BE POSTING YOUR DRAWN IDEAS AND THE PICTURE OF WHAT I CREATED AS A REFERENCE). Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the job in a timely manner since both the tables and chairs were not set up until 11:45am. It was hard to put the chair covers on because I never received the correct measurements/style of chairs. I also kept getting asked to add more and more balloons for a total of 10 extra ft of balloons. (WHICH I DIDN’T GET PAID FOR). I also kept getting asked to move things around which in turn took longer than expected. Based on all the extra work we got ask to do there is no way I can give you any MORE discounts than what I have already given you let alone give you a $100 refund. With all do respect, you are the first client I’ve had a personal issue with. Again, thank your for your time , I appreciate your business.
