- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m happy to share that all rates are discounted for 2022 due to the hit on our economy in recent times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually there’s an initial design consultation to understand what’s being dreamed by the customer, and then our business will customize decor and rentals to create the perfect atmosphere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelors and masters degree in business, and 15 years of business ownership and customer service background. My partner and I have been serving customers in event rentals successfully for a years.
