Initially, the original technician, Joe, visited to assess the job and provide an estimate. I informed him that I require the installation of four sink faucets, which I had already purchased. He proceeded to examine the bathroom and subsequently quoted me nearly $1,000 for the installation of four sink faucets, despite the fact that I had already purchased them. It is important to note that this estimate only pertains to the faucets. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the price, he then re-quoted it to a lower but still unreasonable amount of $351. At that point, I recognized that this was clearly a scam. He appears to be attempting to secure a quick profit, and I declined the job entirely.
