While in need to replace a leaking water heater in the attic, sent a few quote requests to local plumbers on a Friday evening. No expectation for a reply until Monday at the earliest. Devan from Aqua Pure Plumbing calls me back 10 minutes later and comes out the next day (I stressed that it's not an emergency!) - on a Saturday - to give me a comprehensive free quote, talk through all the details of the job, answer all of my many questions, and propose multiple cost-effective options. Above all professional skills, he was one of the most honest, open, and pleasant people to talk to. A few days later, Devan and his crew did the water heater replacement, multiple code upgrades on the other water heater (no charge), and left our house absolutely spotless behind them. The replaced water pipes around the heaters look like a work of art, even the city inspector commented on that. Would absolutely chose Devan for any plumbing job in the future, very skilled, super nice, highly recommended!

Master Plumber Devan did a fantastic job helping me sort out a leak in our backyard. Although the eventual conclusion was that the leak was originating elsewhere (ie. pool / sprinkler system), he did an extremely thorough job at testing our different plumbing joints and valves, and pressure testing our water lines from potential areas of failure in both directions, down to the city lines and up towards the house. While he had to dig down a few feet into the ground, he did a good job in trying to replace soil and sod, and keep the area as clean as possible. He also fixed one of our valve handles and adjusted other weakened areas in our pipe line that could be subject to failure in the near future. Overall I would absolutely use him again as he was responsive, professional, honest, had fair pricing, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thanks Aqua Pure!
