- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, floor condition, prep work required, and the type of materials selected. We always try to provide straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Some customers provide their own flooring materials, while others ask us to help select and supply materials. Estimates are free, and we’re happy to work with different budgets whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project goals, measurements, timeline, and the condition of the existing surface or flooring. After that, we help recommend the best options based on the customer’s needs and budget. Once materials and scheduling are confirmed, we prepare the space properly, complete the installation or coating process, and make sure everything is cleaned up and finished correctly before the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on flooring, surface preparation, garage coatings, and renovation work. We stay up to date on modern flooring systems, coating materials, installation methods, and proper prep techniques because preparation is one of the most important parts of getting long-lasting results. We focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and making sure every project is completed professionally.
