FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing differs on every project. There will be things that need to be done at one job. That doesn't need to be done at another. I like to walk the project first. So I can get a better idea of what needs to be done. That gives the customers a better price on the estimate. Every job is different and unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the process is fairly the same. I like to give the customer options when it comes to flooring. Therefore the customers will receive samples of flooring. Rather than be talked into only one flooring option. Who doesn't like options. Lol
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the flooring business for 13 years running my own company. But I was taught by the best. I worked at DFW Stain out of Dallas owed by Taylor. He took me under his wing and taught me everything I know. I stayed with him for 10 years before I did my own business. Learning everything on the craftsmanship and skills. To be given a chance I will always be grateful. Thanks T love you buddy.
