Dylan is truly exceptional. He leads by example, demonstrating the best practices and procedures for his team. I was impressed by how closely he worked with his crew, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project. His hands-on leadership earned him the respect and admiration of his team, who appreciated his willingness to roll up his sleeves and work alongside them.
Throughout the project, Dylan and his team were always patient, friendly, and approachable, even with the chaos of my busy home and energetic dogs.
