- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are 1 hour minimum charge, even if it doesn't take a full hour. This does not mean you can add things to take up an hour, those are separate jobs unless discussed beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we clarify job details and I may request additional photos or videos so I can verify tools and materials I will need. We schedule a time and date for me to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owned a General Contracting business with my cousin but left due to management issues. Handled full remodels of bathrooms, kitchens and entire homes for flips.
