Goals

Introduction: My style of training is not a one size fits all approach. I incorporate BARBELL training with a mix of cable machine, apparatus, and body weight movement & plyometrics exercises. Every individual has different reasons & goals for wanting to get fit. My my style caters to each individual, yet a standard routine is also created to get each client stronger & progressing. Clients will learn proper form &technique based on apometery & exercise technique, including explanation & reason for the exercise or movement. Getting in shape can be nervous & scary situation but it's also an educational fun process that I guide all my clients thru. Helping my clients to stay motivate & consistent with their diff goals/needs is my AIM, while helping to create a healthy daily routine in all aspects.

I have worked with Toy for over three years and it has been a wonderful journey from the start. Every workout is tailored to his clients' unique needs and he always takes into account our skill level and any previous injuries to create a well-rounded fitness regimen. He is knowledgeable and experienced, putting in time and effort in his personal life to research new and improved techniques that may be a benefit to us, and take us to the next level. Efficiency is very important to him, and he has designed his gym to make every workout highly effective, while providing the best possible experience for his clients in their allotted time.
