Requested a filter cleaning and he was able to come the next day. Unfortunately he found that the filter was installed incorrectly, which ultimately caused the cartridges to break. He was able to source new cartridges and installed them - glad to have a resolution so quickly.

Marco responded to my early morning service request on Saturday shortly after. He showed up on time and got the work done by 2pm. He did not try to sell unnecessary products and even recommended alternative solutions for the issues I was having with the pump. Our pool is now back fresh and functional. I will hire him again. Red Sea pools has done an amazing job getting my pool set up correctly after I moved in. Not only did they fix my pump issues, but leave my pool sparkling clean! Definitely recommend them.

Service was very thorough. He explained all the issues I had with my pool in detail and was able to fix some of it immediately. I like the fact that they are an all-in-one solution so I can get everything done all in one place. Great choice!
