Rocket Rooter was very fast and responsive to our urgent drainage problem, caused by a bent section of drain pipe. We had sewage backing up into our shower and an overflowing toilet. Jerry and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with partial replacement of drainpipe and slip lining the rest. He explained everything to us and provided several options to fix it. We were extremely pleased with how fast they fixed the issue and the value provided compared to other plumbers.We will use Rocket Rooter again for other plumbing needs!

My pricing is based off of competitive market pricing. We offer discounts for senior citizens, military, first responders and teachers. We price shop other companies to give you a fair price. With having the experience of working for a corporate plumbing company I am aimed to give you the RIGHT price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clearly communicated diagnosis. Options to repair the problem that make sense for YOU. ***ALL drain unclogging are checked, at no additional charge, with a sewer camera to insure that the line is clear and that there are no serious underlying issues with the sewer piping system.***
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done plumbing for over 20 years. My father owned and operated a plumbing company for over 20 years. I have over 6 years of experience working with a reputable nation wide plumbing company. Ive developed a lot of professional working relationships in multiple industries. I hold a journeyman’s plumbing license.
