First thing I look at is the condition of the company truck. Is it clean and orderly or a mess. The tools, parts and equipment were neatly stacked. The plumbers were shown and told of our problems. They diagnosed the problems and explained what/why the repairs were necessary. Our hot water heater was repairable and we were NOT told “ you need a new expensive hot water heater”. Of the problems with our three toilets, 2 needed minor repairs and the third only needed an adjustment. The plumber and his helper were were clean and made sure that there was no mess. Everything was back as it was when they got here. We would highly recommend Ben Franklin for any service. In fact my wife asked if she could as for this same crew if/when me need plumbing help.

William and his co-worker did an awesome job! First William listened intentely to my issues, and inspected the trouble area. He then gave me a reasonable and fair quote, upfront. After I told him to go ahead and do the work, he and his co-worker immediately got busy! They cleared the lines and had everything up and running in just a little while! Great job, and great customer service. Even the man who answered the phone, Steve was very helpful and nice!I I'm very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and will definitely use them again!

The technician was polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was frustrating. I was given an initial quote, but no one explained that there would be an additional diagnostic fee just to identify the issue. I ended up paying nearly $300 without receiving a clear explanation or resolution. The problem appears to be a water volume issue, and there was constant mention of a potential PRV (pressure reducing valve) concern. Based on the symptoms, it seems like there may be some type of restriction in the system. Unfortunately, there was no indication that this was thoroughly investigated or ruled out. At the end of the visit, I was left with the same issue, no definitive diagnosis, and a much higher bill than expected. Clear communication and a more thorough troubleshooting process would have made a big difference.

I would love to use your company but me and my wife have to make our living off of SSI and this barely covers our bill here now and even though we made need to Use BFP we cannot because our money for this month has all been used up and we do not have any left to use BFP. Your company even though has helped us in the past we do not have any money left to get this work done. and we both know that your company even though you provide great service does not work for free! I will use your company when we do have the money to pay for your services you can bet that we will use BFP when we get this money
