FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just as two people are not the same, two dogs are not either. Stay away from trainers that do the same thing for every dog, this shows a lack of understanding and continued education, as well as, most likely, an inflexible person. Gone are the days of dog training as a trade, where an apprentice learns from a master and there is no room for change. Dog training is a science, throw away the old cookie cutter mentality and let us show you what educated, experienced, empasioned trainers can do for you, your dog, and your relationship with man's best friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the needs of our clients, the abilities, skills, and mentality of our clients dogs, ensure reasonable expectations, and build a custom training plan to reach goals and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly, from books, to seminars, to specifically taking on difficult cases, especially ones where others have failed, this gives us the chance to let the dogs teach us.
