Walker came out and lifted/leveled our outdoor unit that had sunken over time due to erosion. They were extremely professional and did exactly what we were wanting them to do. Highly recommend their services!

From the customer service at the office level, to the AC/Heating technicians in the field, Walker Heating and Cooling has provided me with such stellar service! Tony Steele, my technician who came today gets and A!! He gets an A for his Attention to my AC/Heating units issues, an A for his Aptitude in his skill set to conduct the maintenance on my unit and make the appropriate recommendations so I get the most efficient AC in preparation of the summer, and an A for his Attitude - being a consummate professional during his entire visit! I renewed my annual maintenance plan with Walker because of these reasons and I would highly recommend them!

Drake was out today for a yearly inspection. He was quick and to the point, recommended one fix and got it knocked out right away. He explained the system and showed me the readings before and after.
