I provided cleaning supplies. The house had never been lived in and just needed to be wiped down and swept out.
When I asked for a refund April asked what made me think she did not clean? When I responded none of the supplies had been used and the trash was empty so I also asked what did she clean and what did she use? She never responded but kept the money.

April is a real professional. She is diligent and really seams to care about doing a great job for her customers. My wife is a stickler about cleanliness and trusting people in our house and I swear after a couple of visits by Ms. April, I think my wife would be ok giving her a key to our house. We've gone through many house keepers in our years, but we have finally found our forever cleaning professional in April.
