Truly Grateful – A Life-Changing Service
I don’t even have the words to fully express how thankful I am for Tiffonie and Empress Cleaning Company. I’ve been very sick for months, and my home had become overwhelming. I was embarrassed, anxious, and didn’t know how to begin getting it back in order. I’ve tried other cleaning services before, but none of them came close to what Tiffonie and her team have done.
From the very beginning, she was warm, compassionate, and completely nonjudgmental. She reminded me over and over again, “I’m here to help,” and I could tell she truly meant it. That support alone meant the world to me.
Despite tornado warnings and having no power in the house due to the storm, she and her team worked all day—showing a level of commitment I’ve never experienced before. I haven’t even made it home yet, but the photos she’s sent brought tears to my eyes. The transformation is incredible. My house looks like a completely different place—a place I can’t wait to return to.
This wasn’t just a cleaning—it’s a fresh start. A weight I’ve been carrying for so long feels lighter just knowing how much care went into restoring my space. I highly recommend Empress Cleaning Service. Miss Tiffonie did an amazing job deep cleaning my dad’s house getting it ready to put on the market. She did everything I asked her to do and the house looks amazing! She was also very reasonable on her pricing!
