We remodel and rent/flip houses in the Austin area but had a job in Tyler for which we hired LB Painting. In our experience, finding good painters and drywall guys is always a challenge, so we were especially pleased to find Edgar. The 1930's remodel included lots of patches, 1/4" drywall over shiplap, rolled texture to match, tight schedule and other challenges, as well a some interior painting. Edgar did great work, was flexible, and worked hard to keep us on schedule. Would definitely hire again.

Mr Edgar Bentacourt was very professional and hard working. He did a great job painting my rooms and fixing a hole in my wall. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Edgar repaired the tape/mud/drywall on my garage ceiling then re-textured it all. He did a wonderful job for a decent price. He also accommodated me by making an unexpected necessary repair to the ceiling structure that couldn't be seen at first glance. No delays, he repaired it on the spot for a slight increase in cost. I would recommend Edgar highly.

BEWARE!!!!!! This contractor is undependable, will not return calls, will not show to work when he says he will and has ran out on the jobs he bid for our home remodel. We missed countless days of work waiting on him to show and he didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know he wasn't coming. He started a tile shower a month ago and it is still not completed. This was a fairly large remodel which consisted of drywall work, 2 tile showers, 2 tile walls, kitchen backsplash and over 1000sf. of tile flooring. I would most certainly NOT RECOMMEND this contractor!
